30-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee
If your TravelPetals press arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't work as described, we'll replace it or refund you. Message us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- Damaged, defective or not as described: free replacement or full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.
- Changed your mind: unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve them.
- Free gifts (digital guides) are not refundable on their own.
